Overview
D2C brands sell on Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, and Flipkart, and each platform gives them its own reports. TheNiche's dashboard puts sales, advertising, and stock for all five in one place, so a brand can see what's behind pace or out of stock without opening five tabs.
Put the daily health check first
Home opens on four numbers: total sales, realised value, discount, and brand-term ad share, each showing how it moved against the previous period. Under them, a daily sales trend names the top mover and the biggest decliner, so an operator can see what changed before opening a report.
Make availability problems visible
Availability is geographic, not just numeric. The page leads with Sales at Risk, which prices out-of-stock in lost revenue, then pairs it with a state map and a region list that names where stock is low.
Compare performance without digging
The first Sales page got one piece of feedback: too clean, no signals. I rebuilt it around pacing against the month's budget. Every channel is marked On pace, Behind, Needs attention, or Ahead, and the ranges furthest behind surface first, so channels, products, and targets can be compared on one page.
Outcome
Before, the team tracked performance across multiple Excel sheets and an admin dashboard that only one developer could maintain. Now the team and its clients read sales, advertising, and stock from one dashboard, and can act on what's behind pace or out of stock before it costs sales.
